Verified handoffs, every time

A Shufl ride doesn't start or end on trust alone. Every pickup and every dropoff is confirmed in person by an adult the ride's creator chose. A child is only ever released to — and received by — someone you designated. No exceptions.

Any trusted adult can confirm — no app required

Grandma, the coach, the aftercare teacher — they don't need Shufl, or even a smartphone. When you create a ride, enter their name and phone number. At handoff time we text them a secure link with a one-time code. They show it to the driver, the driver confirms it, and the handoff is verified — by two people, physically present, at the moment it happens. You can even add a photo and a note so your driver knows exactly who they're meeting.

About Shufl's text messages (SMS program disclosure)

Shufl sends SMS text messages as part of coordinating rides — for example, a secure handoff link sent to the adult designated to confirm a pickup or dropoff.

• Who receives messages: ride participants and the confirmation contacts a ride's creator designates by entering their name and phone number. By creating a ride and providing a contact's number, you confirm you have their permission to receive these messages.
• Message frequency varies by ride activity — typically a small number of messages per ride.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's carrier and plan.
• Opt out anytime: reply STOP to any Shufl message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@shuflride.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
