Do you background check drivers?
No. Shufl is a coordination tool for people you already trust — family, friends, neighbors, babysitters. We do not verify, vet, or background check any users. You choose who's in your network, just like coordinating rides in real life.
Is Shufl like Uber or Lyft?
No. Shufl is a private coordination platform for families. There are no strangers, no surge pricing, and no public driver marketplace. You only coordinate with people you personally invite.
How does payment work?
Riders pay per ride, drivers earn for driving, and everything is processed securely by Stripe. You'll see the exact price in the app before you book — no surprises.
What is Shufl+?
Everyone gets every Shufl feature, on any plan. Shufl+ ($9.99/month) simply lowers Shufl's fee on a completed ride from $6 to $2 — it doesn't unlock anything. Beta families will hear about it first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — when Shufl+ launches, you'll be able to cancel anytime. Your Shufl fee goes back to $6 per completed ride; every feature stays exactly as available as it was.
